In his first official press briefing on the coronavirus pandemic since April, President Trump on Tuesday admitted that the public health crisis is likely to worsen as cases surge across the country and asked all Americans to wear masks in public.
While Trump hailed his administration’s response to the pandemic and the work toward developing a vaccine, he bluntly disclosed what many Americans already know: that the crisis is likely to spread more before it can be contained.
“It will get worse before it gets better,” Trump said of the pandemic that has infected close to 4 million Americans. “That’s something I don’t like saying but it is.”
Trump’s comments come after weeks where he either downplayed the virus’ continued spread or focused on other issues – from unrest over racial injustice in American cities to the removal of Confederate statues – despite cases of COVID-19 surging, particularly, in parts of the south and southwest.
Noting the concerns among many of his supporters that facial coverings impinge on their personal freedoms, Trump pleaded with Americans to wear masks out in public to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
“We’re asking everybody when you’re not able to socially distance to wear a mask,” Trump said.

There’s a problem with the lower right. You aren’t supposed to be touching the mask like that. There’s a proper way to take the mask and gloves off. You risk poisoning yourself or giving yourself germs without doing it right.
He's saying that social distancing is sufficient, and if you can't social distance, wear a mask. I believe he cannot afford to be seen urging the public to refuse to obey state laws by protesting etc. because you'd have the federal government urging the public to resist local government. Trump was against governors telling/threatening their citizens/employers to resist cooperation with federal ICE agents etc.; leave it to dingbat lefties to equate the two.
I do believe the POTUS wants Americans to stand up for our rights and therefore we should resist, protest etc. to the fullest extent of our abilities. I'll put some resistance info below.

I think the vaccine depends on who is making it. Supposedly there is info released recently (I haven't found it - heard about it) wherein the federal government has won a case and building other actions to give citizens the right to refuse vaccines (protect them from state requirements).
The MOderna vaccine is backed by Bill Gates - I refuse it.
I think that Trump is preparing a vaccine to give people an alternative from the DEEP STATE Moderna/Gates vaccine, and to protect Americans in case China just "happens" to release another, stronger virus. A few weeks ago the MSM was salivating while breathlessly reporting on a more severe virus now in China.
All the pols and ‘experts’ are pretending we haven’t been illegally imprisoned at home since March. Our patience is at an end.

I suspect that you are on target here. Yet, if Joe Bite Me wins the election, we may not take off these f***ing things for years to come. This virus panic is a great excuse for our elites to control our lives.
And yet they wore masks like this after WWI to stop the Spanish Flu - and wow - they survived - and kept their rights.

And as far as the ‘vaccine’ goes; The Gates -Fauci backed Moderna product is currently the one that is being most touted...
A couple little facts about that company:
Moderna has NEVER produced any drugs that have actually made it to market. They closest they have come is a collaboration with Astra Zeneca that is still being tested (AZD8601). And IT must be injected directly into the heart to MAYBE work
Th main business they are in is stock manipulation.
The name Moderna doesn’t have anything to do with the word “modern” as I first assumed... It is for “MODifiEd RNA. They aren’t trying to make drugs... they are working on genetic modification.
