I’m not sure I understand this. How will they know by the census who is illegal or not? The citizenship question is not allowed on the census I thought.
They would have to use population estimates of illegals, in order for this to work.
I expect a judge to issue an injunction. But assuming this could ever happen, they would have to use estimates of population of illegals, compared to what the actual count of population was in the census. That right there could be challenged in court as well, the idea that we do what is supposed to be an actual count of people, but then back out estimated numbers, as opposed to an actual count of certain people, for reapportionment.
