Unbelievable. No way. Thanks for telling us which businesses to AVOID. You're NOT going to be trashing businesses in riots and THEN ask us for money to support BLM to make a "positive impact" on the community. Why would we spend money at businesses that probably give money to BLM? Why give money who want to destroy us? Do you think we are outright stupid? Do you???

Call Rebecca Flores at KVUE and DENOUNCE BLM and Antifa publicly over the news or however or forget ever getting my business. You will HAVE to disavow this article as being in support of BLM or ANY of this stuff going on before I spend a cent in your places.

By the way, this is the woman who wrote this story. She is in Austin:

I’ll support a business because they have a good product or service that I like, and they don’t go out of their way to insult me. I don’t care about the owner’s skin color.

I do not shop based on the owners skin color.

You write something like that, you should be held responsible. Who in their right mind would spend money with people who want to destroy them? If those businesses would come out and DENOUNCE BLM/Antifa and the race card baiters, their businesses would boom.

When I built my house 30 years ago, the builder subcontracted a black company to pave the driveway...it lasted about 5 years before it was cracked and worn...

Well, given the current goings on and being as every one of those businesses involve food or drink, I would not be comfortable supporting them. BLM is undoing all the progress that has been made over a hundred years.

You got that right. Imagine suggesting people support white-owned business for ANY reason. Riots the next day. That HAVE to condemn BLM/Antifa and this radicalism or their business should shut down. I'm grateful she listed them.

Given how blacks are now doing a full court press on calling every one of us white supremacists, racists, whites suck, etc. etc., there isn’t a chance in hell I would patronize a black-owned restaurant, given what they might do to my food.

Since their names are on the list, they have a choice, denounce BLM/Antifa and the rioting/looting or lose business. No in between....

Did I miss something? The article just says these are black-owned businesses, not that these businesses support BLM or "defund the police" or any other nonsense. Just because a woman who supports BLM writes an article recommending these businesses is no reason to boycott those businesses.

Just because a woman who supports BLM writes an article recommending these businesses...

That would be enough for me to demand my business be removed from her list.

Did I miss something?

Yes you did. Haven't heard of a one of them disavowing BLM, etc. and the article was published on July 19, 2020. Silence=violence I have learned.

“I do not shop based on the owners skin color“
Or their sex! Have you noticed how some businesses are now advertising “women owned” businesses? Exactly what does that offer me as a customer?
