It’s always been the problem of HS. They don’t have a defined mission. Other than enforce the patriot act, which is wide open. So they can pretty much do whatever. Arrest whoever. Call them a terrorist. And hold them forever without charges. Some of us were pointing out this problem way back in 2001. It was bound to happen eventually.
