Not all, but quite a few. But it is changing, a lot of the militias are sensing that Go Time is close, and many in the ranks are considering their inadequacies and bad assumptions.
The Old Guard for their part are trying to maintain power/control.
Most will be replaced.
Discipline and tactical knowledge are absolute essentials and I’ve yet to find one that’s even close. The bigger they are the worse they get.
