FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — Kentucky's highest court on Friday put a temporary stop to efforts by a top Republican to rein in the Democratic governor's ability to control the coronavirus outbreak with restrictions on public behavior.
The state Supreme Court stepped into the dispute by halting any lower court orders blocking Gov. Andy Beshear's executive actions pending its own review. In doing so, the justices preempted a circuit judge who appeared ready to sign an order suspending all of the governor's COVID-19 orders.
The Supreme Court's action means all current virus-related restrictions remain in place.

Generally you WANT the lower courts to rule and then the higher courts then rule on THAT ruling, debating its analysis.
Here they’re jumping the gun so that ONLY their analysis, on whatever they want to base their decision, is the definitive one.

The constitution should be the ultimate judge. If an executive order is unconstitutional, the executive order is null-and-void,a no matter how many judges or courts rule otherwise.
No telling where we’ll end up as a result of Bevin losing by basically one small town’s worth of votes. If he had won re-election, the response to the riots would have had west Louisville looking like Hiroshima.
The deepstate has spent year infiltrating everything. High courts have always been the main targets.
Of course, we always lose. The courts are packed with Marxists now.

You are correct. The Governor nor the Courts can make law.
Only the Legislative branch whether it’s Federal, State, or local.
People have been dumbed down in our schools to think Judges, Governors or Mayors can make law. THEY CANNOT
This is just more proof our Public Schools are a FAILURE when it comes to Civics!!
