The Ellen DeGeneres Show has come under attack by several former employees who claim that the long-running daytime talk show is hiding a toxic work culture where people are mistreated and fired for taking medical leave and bereavement days.
“That ‘be kind’ bullshit only happens when the cameras are on. It’s all for show,” one former employee told BuzzFeed News. “I know they give money to people and help them out, but it’s for show.”
BuzzFeed News said it spoke to to one current and ten former employees on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, all of whom asked to remain anonymous, fearing retribution.

My sister worked in an insurance office and her boss was a Lesbo.

Although I work at a religious college, my director is openly gay. He has been hiring more and more liberal types, one of whom I suspect is a tranny. I may have to leave, once they take over.

I am a self employed small businessman. One thing I’ve learned - gay males are generally good pays, they pay their invoices. Most I’ve dealt with had good jobs and a work ethic. I wouldn’t hesitate to accept a retainer up front and let them make payments on the balance. Lesbians are terrible pays - demand the whole fee up front or you will get stiffed. At least that’s been my experience.

Tends to be their modus operandi, from my experience. Worked for a courier company, in the 80’s. Seven person phone room, they hired ONE. When I left two years later, six of the seven were gay women, and the lone guy, a very nice fellow, was made miserable; sure he didn’t last long.
A few years ago, one started attending our church’s fellowship gatherings. Within a year, the monthly conference was all gay, all the time. Fortunately, they TORCHED their bridge, and left for gayer pastures (or pastors, who knows).
