The nuclear family as a stand-alone is a leftover from the postwar manufacturing boom when workers had to move to the factory towns for employment. Before that time extended family units were the norm. The over reliance on the nuclear family away from support from the extended family gave us the 1960’s and the chaos ever since.
It’s not a white thing, it’s a postwar industrialization thing.

Whoever put this garbage out is a federally paid employee. Who should be fired. They talk about nuclear family, self reliance and other positive things like there was something wrong with them, as they are associated with “being white”. So it’s better to be a community sperminator who takes no responsibility for any children they fathered, dumping the mother and child into lifelong poverty and marginal lives, and to rely on government handouts, etc., because it’s the definition of “black life”? The person writing this is criminally INSANE!
Judging by the casual glances around the world, you can see where people want to move to and where they are moving from.
Those that embrace the ideals in your post seem to come from majority “colored areas” of the globe and will have a tough time ever being anything in this life.
