Forget Plague, Riots, and Socialism: Vote-By-Mail Will Be the Death of the Republic

Vote-by-mail is the devil

It’s valid for those of us on the right to be concerned about the fate of our beloved country, especially in this strangest of years. We are, after all, facing a host of problems: the coronavirus pandemic, the successful radical leftist indoctrination of two generations of public school kids, and the resulting lust for socialism on the American left resulting from that.

There is also the fact that the idiot lefties are trying to ruin sports, entertainment, and even hamburgers, but we’ll have to save that for another day.

When I survey the 2020 landscape trying to ascertain what is most detrimental to the future of the United States of America, I easily settle on one thing: the push to make vote-by-mail (or mail-in voting) the norm.

Vote-by-mail is a systematic fraud-fest. I’ve long been a critic and will continue to be one until mail-in ballots elect a commie president who sends me to a reeducation camp. Even then, I’ll probably act up a little. I firmly believe that the only people who need to vote by mail are deployed military or people who are expatriated due to work. Yes, some people will need absentee ballots here at home, but there should be a very strict process for applying for one.

I know that sounds a little hardcore, but I’m sticking with it. Heck, I don’t even like early voting. Your reasons why I shouldn’t are invalid.

But there is no voter fraud!

Democrats are fond of insisting that there is no voter fraud. They’re also the party that only got Obamacare through the Senate because some votes for Al Franken were “found” in an election official’s car trunk and a corrupt lefty judge allowed them to be counted.

The death of the Republic happened on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 when BOTH parties and ALL of our elected AND appointed abrogated the Constitution by swearing in an ineligible usurper.

Mail-in gave the Dems 50,000 more primary votes in one county here in PA (nearly the entire mail-in vote). The only way to prove that that county didn’t send in that many leftist votes is for every Trump voter to go to the polls. That’s the only way to make the fraud obvious to everyone.

People who vote by mail are letting the postal workers union decide what happens to their vote.

Don’t see a problem. Here in WA we’ve been doing it for some time and there’s never been a problem with getting Democrats elected; why even a while back, Princess Gregoire, running for governor finally won after the third count when 123 mail in ballots were found putting her over the top to win.

The ritual and the security of voting has been deteriorating for decades.

It was never as pure as we imagined. Witness the easy acceptance of the election of 1960, as clear an example of fraud as it’s possible to imagine.

But absentee ballots, military ballots, electronic voting machines, automated tabulation, and ESPECIALLY “early voting” never should have been allowed.

The sum of all those things has created a simulated election, where the results as the sun rises on the first Wednesday after the first Monday in November will ALWAYS be in dispute, and where the “wise guardians” who we rely on to resolve disputes will have the last word.

We got here because of the now widely-accepted premise that everyone should vote. This is absurd, and no representative republic can survive under those conditions.

Police and elections are two of the main functions of local governments with local responsibility -organized, controlled and mostly funded by locals.

Is it a coincidence then that both are under constant attack by the DC permanent bureaucracy, leftists and their corrupt media cronies?

Marxists/Dems just HATE free and fair elections.

They work to subvert our elections at every turn...

- No check of ID in many states

- IDs and DLs in many states freely issued to illegal aliens

- Ballots written in multiple languages, making it a snap for illegal aliens to vote for their favorite Dem. (And, as a major corollary, throngs upon throngs of illegal aliens who depend on Dems for free stuff)

- IRS attacks on conservative groups who merely want a fair vote count

- Armies of (gag) attorneys to sue on nonsense grounds when the Dem loses a fair vote

- Simply ignoring election results

And much, much more.

That said, in mail-in ballots, every USPS employee represents a quality control risk. Many are fine folks, and many are obligate Dems/Marxists who have little issue with losing ballots from residences who they have good reason to know as GOPers or even Indies. And, they have little issue with multiple names from single addresses.

Mail-in ballots? The Marxists' dream.

If nothing else, we GOPers should make the absolute effort to vote in person, at the polls, and convince our circle of like-minded voters to do the same.

The pandemic is likely going to force vote by mail in most states. And judges have been ruling in favor of vote by mail.

So you can fight vote by mail, but don't ignore getting controls in place around vote by mail.

This link has identified many recommended controls. But I think more are needed. And they should be implemented by force of law wherever vote by mail is allows.

Voting Outside the Polling Place: Absentee, All-Mail and other Voting at Home Options 6/22/2020 Specifically: Controls numbers on ballots, Tracking databases on ballots and controls on those tracking databases, and ways voters can use those ballot control numbers to review their votes and ensure they were counted correctly.

Specifically I think more controls are needed in these areas:

Here's a link that shows how prevalent vote by mail elections already are:

https://www.ncsl.org/research/elections-and-campaigns/all-mail-elections.aspx And another that discusses some of the controls that should be in place. (I think more controls are needed, but this is a start)

I’ll never forget working for a radio station, we had a mail-in contest and we were sorting the entries, a notorious “prize pig” who happened to be a letter carrier sent in at least a couple of hundred entries. We all just sighed...

RE: The pandemic is likely going to force vote by mail in most states. And judges have been ruling in favor of vote by mail.

Why should it? If you can go shopping for home supplies and food while practicing social distancing, why can’t you do the same in the voting booth?

In the NJ primary, intial tallies (in-person) were around 500K. Reports are there were 1M mail-ins (and 3M mail-in requests).

"Why should it? If you can go shopping for home supplies and food while practicing social distancing, why can’t you do the same in the voting booth?"

Look at the court rulings. It is coming.

I don't hang around in line at the grocery store. I get in and out, early in the morning before the air is contaminated and while there are few shoppers.

Personally, if vote by mail isn't available here, I'll either vote early, or request an absentee ballot. I've got a couple of risk factors for COVID, so I want to avoid the crowd.

But I recognize the fraud risk of vote by mail which is why I'm advocating getting controls around it. Because it's coming regardless of my personal desire.

On the other hand, mailing out ballots, does provide one control we don't currently have. Once recent vote by mail primary had something like 25% of ballots returned as undeliverable. A wake up call to clean up the voter registry.

You just watched on TV and saw your lotto ticket has just won 600 million dollars. Do you mail it in to claim your prize? Or do you take it to the lotto office in person?

We all know the answer.

Well the Liberal left, radical and otherwise, are on a roll to bring it all down...which of course would include the elections.

Sadly the Constitution gives the state the sole power to determine how their electors are selected. They do not even have to allow a vote only custom demands it, not the Constitution.

Trusting the government has given us this dilemma, trusting them to solve it will give us the Death of the Republic. No one has been held to account for the Coup and no one will be. Notice that Gen Milly has declared that Forts named after confederates should be changed and the services should scrub all confederate statues and name and flags from the military. This was in spite of The President's statements to the otherwise. The President seems powerless to control the Military, Justice or the FBI and he needs to show that he is in charge or he won't be re-elected.
