Time to replace liberal Doug with a conservative fighter who truly represents Alabama
YellowHammer News ^ | 7/8/2020 | Tom Tuberville

----snip----

It is time for Alabama to have two senators, not one, who represent the core conservative values that our citizens hold dear.

It is time for Alabama to have two senators, not one, who support the Trump agenda and the conservative movement our president promotes.

It is time for Alabama to have two senators, not one, who believe the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are the bedrock foundation of our nation and not just an antiquated and outdated list of suggestions.

I stand ready to give Alabamians the faithful service and honest representation that Doug Jones has failed to provide.

Promising to govern as a moderate during his 2018 campaign for Senate, Jones quickly shed his political camouflage as soon as he reached Washington and revealed himself to be a dyed-in-the-wool, left-wing liberal whose philosophies were more attuned to the East and West Coasts than to the Deep South.

Without hesitation, he jumped in bed with the Nancy Pelosi/Chuck Schumer/Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wing of the Democrat Party and cuddled up close with the lunatic liberal fringe.

When President Trump appointed Brett Kavanaugh, a qualified, competent and talented nominee, to the U.S. Supreme Court, Jones opposed him despite the fact that the judge held the same beliefs and constitutional views as the overwhelming majority of Alabamians.

Even worse, when President Trump was tried before the U.S. Senate on false and manufactured impeachment charges cooked up by Pelosi’s Marxist mob, Doug Jones twice voted to remove him from office. He did this despite the fact that President Trump won Alabama with 62% of the vote in 2016, and absolutely no credible evidence of wrongdoing existed.

They don’t even have one Senator that represents conservatives and the rule of law now, they likely won’t after this election either.

Tommy can’t be any worse than Jones. Jones basically stole the election but won’t get to do it twice.

After reading more about Tuberville, I’d probably, incredibly to me after his horrible performance as AG, vote for Sessions if I was in AL.

We do not need more Amnesty Senators.

Looks like a pretty close race taking shape in AL. Hopefully Jones will go down to defeat.

Tubby just described himself, if elected.

McConnell supported Jones over someone who would have supported Trump two years ago.

There’s no indication McConnell has changed.

When Sessions was a Senator, and conservative, he was revered here on FreeRepublic! When he got the AG gig, he either changed or had us fooled the whole time.

Isn’t that Bendict Arnold did to George Washington? The AG job showed the real character of Sessions.

Tuberville is not for amnesty.

You need to go back and "read" Tuberville quotes in full context.

The back stabbing little bastard was a deep state mole from the very beginning.

That is the real character of Sessions

In his own words, he says he is for amnesty. How is this taken out of context? He sounds like a classic cheap labor express stooge. Mitt Romney is stronger on this issue than Tuberville:

Tommy Tuberville on Illegal Immigration

Prophecy time: Tuberville will probably win, with automatic votes from the Auburn fans in the state. Either he or Sessions will beet Cryin’ Doug easily. Tuberville will turn into a RINO that will betray us on immigration some day - he is the new Richard Shelby in waiting. Sessions was always a solid conservative as senator and especially solid on immigration.

No, not at all. As I said, you need to find those quotes in full context.

Your link does NOT show the full context. It's a dishonest Jeff Sessions campaign add.

Doug Jones is running the lamest ads known to man. One is him babbling about George Floyd, I guess because it’s Alabama’s fault a most likely democrat cop, with democrat police chief, democrat mayor, and democrat governor, in a different state, may or may not have killed a criminal he was arresting.
