Natural born citizens are NATURALLY citizens because they are born here of citizen parents and have ONE nationality.
Anyone born with more than ONE nationality is NOT naturally an American.

The Senate passed a resolution declaring him to be a natural born citizen and cited his TWO citizen parents as the reason.
Foreign nationals give birth to foreign nationals, even if born here.
It is by that same principle that Rafael Cruz has any claim to US citizenship being born in Canada to a Cuban father and an American mother.

Excluding anyone with more than ONE loyalty, ONE allegiance, ONE nationality was the whole reason behind the natural born citizen clause.

Once elected, Duckworth has been a consistent supporter of abortion to please her Democratic handlers. While doing so, she was using her lavish Congressional health care benefits to permit her to become a first time mother at an advanced age.
She was so shallow that she never saw any contradiction in her private and official actions. She was visiting fertility clinics and undergoing in vitro fertilization procedures while voting to keep abortion clinics open.
