And not a single word about the Judge holding him in contempt, sanctioning him $10,000 and Remanding him into custody for 30 days. Which is what the Judge should have done.
That’s actually better because you can more clearly identify the commies. They’ll be the ones stepping on themselves to implement lockdowns in their city/county while others won’t.

This should happen in all the states. Decisions need to be mad by the legislators or else there is no representative government. All you have are states run by dictator governors.

Governor Fred Flintstone has directed his AG to appeal the ruling. In the meantime, Putzker has no plans to recognize the court ruling. Nothing changes in Illinois.

This ruling, while welcome, is not the real remedy. Illinoisans must use it as their shield as they openly and massively defy Pritzker’s orders.
All revolutions begin with an act of civil disobedience.
The only thing that was struck down was the illegal extension of emergency orders by Gov. Pritzker. Every executive order issued by Gov. Pritzker after April 8th has been invalidated.

She’s got 2 lawsuits now from this latest Charlie Brown-like backtrack on closures(bar owners’ lawsuit) and mandatory mask use with fine$$$(Constitutionalists and Repubs lawsuit).

Wife and I are both in our 60’s and take known precautions, wife more so b/c she has higher risk factors....<<< that makes ME very careful when doing grocery runs, etc. She(retired) mostly stays home.

The poor children in all of this. . . .so sad. Expressionless faces, downtrodden body language and who knows who will be teaching them and how . . . oh, yes and what in the fall. Several states have LGBTQ mandated curriculum this year. Someone mentioned that older teachers may not be allowed to return because of the risk factor.
