My state has $1 billion in a trust fund that can only be tapped into with a 75% majority of both the state house & senate and signed by the governor. As such it just keeps building with each coal car that rattles down the tracks...

Come to Montana FRiends (low humidity and very few bugs).

Screw these crappy cities/counties and states.
