Kim Foxx plans to drop charges against those violating curfew, Fox 32 news reports

Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx is preparing to drop charges against many of those arrested for violating curfew earlier this month during days of protest and civil unrest, according to a local media report.

How many of these cases will be dismissed or what criteria will need to be met for these cases to be dropped is not known, but internal emails obtained by Fox 32 shed light on the plan.

“Cases are to be nolled (dismissed) where curfew violations or city disorderly conduct was the basis of a stop that led to a felony or misdemeanor case,” First Assistant State’s Attorney Joseph Magats reportedly said in those emails. “(I)f there are misdemeanor disorderlies where the conduct that was disorderly was a curfew violation, those cases are to be dismissed,” the email concluded.

Anarcho-tyranny.
Purposefully orchestrated.

It starts here with the prosecutor letting all of these scofflaws off the hook. This is why places like Chicago can't control their criminal element. They're telling that population that breaking the law is not important to authorities.

If I recall, this Kim Foxx is the one that let Smollett off the hook too, resulting in her ethics people resigning.

The prosecutor needs to step down and be replaced by someone who will enforce the law, not mock it. She's one of the reasons Chicago is in such bad shape.

She’s not only a leftist Social Justice Warrior, but a rank incompetent as well.

“Cases are to be nolled (dismissed) where curfew violations or city disorderly conduct was the basis of a stop that led to a felony or misdemeanor case,”

So this apparently means that if an illegal firearm or drugs or even evidence of arson or murder was discovered as a result of the initial legal stop, then that person walks free. That is outrageous and I expect Chicago PD to be very irate. The voters should be irate also.

You have to understand, this is the PLAN. It is deliberate.

It’s called Anarcho-Tyranny.

The election is in November. Foxx needs to be removed.

She has a qualified opponent too. Judge Patrick W. O’Brien.

It’s a plan, not an oversight or accident.

See above article on “anarcho tyranny.”

[Read this when you hear about “mere” curfew violators from the riots being given no charges at all. The “peaceful protesters” are a deliberately planned part of the looting and arson equation, particularly at night during illegal marches breaking curfews.]

Excerpt from “The Siege of the Third Precinct in Minneapolis: An Account and Analysis” [From the Antifa POV]

Peaceful Protestors

The non-violent tactics of peaceful protesters served two familiar aims and one unusual one:

They created a spectacle of legitimacy, which was intensified as police violence escalated.

They created a front line that blocked police attempts to advance when they deployed outside of the Precinct.

In addition, in an unexpected turn of affairs, the peaceful protestors shielded those who employed projectiles.

Whenever the police threatened tear gas or rubber bullets, non-violent protesters lined up at the front with their hands up in the air, chanting “Hands up, don’t shoot!” Sometimes they kneeled, but typically only during relative lulls in the action. When the cops deployed outside the Precincts, their police lines frequently found themselves facing a line of “non-violent” protestors. This had the effect of temporarily stabilizing the space of conflict and gave other crowd members a stationary target. While some peaceful protestors angrily commanded people to stop throwing things, they were few and grew quiet as the day wore on. This was most likely because the police were targeting people who threw things with rubber bullets early on in the conflict, which enraged the crowd. It’s worth noting that the reverse has often been the case—we are used to seeing more confrontational tactics used to shield those practicing non-violence (e.g., at Standing Rock and Charlottesville). The reversal of this relationship in Minneapolis afforded greater autonomy to those employing confrontational tactics.

Ballistics Squads

Ballistics squads threw water bottles, rocks, and a few Molotov cocktails at police, and shot fireworks. Those using ballistics didn’t always work in groups, but doing so protected them from being targeted by non-violent protestors who wanted to dictate the tactics of the crowd. The ballistics squads served three aims:

They drew police violence away from the peaceful elements of the crowd during moments of escalation.

They patiently depleted the police crowd control munitions.

They threatened the physical safety of the police, making it more costly for them to advance.

These people get ahead by promoting their ideology, not their intellect.

In the world of liberals and Marxists, it's not what you know. It's what causes you're "down" for that matter.

Roger that.

I understand the concept well. I just didn't know there was a formal name for it.

I've always referred to multiculturism as phuquing your country in the arse.

Kim Foxx is not only a Soros puppet, she is dumb.

She attended a second rate law school. She lied about her trial experiences as an assistant prosecutor in the same office that she now leads. She was never promoted from the entry level position that she had in the Juvenile Courts over a period of twelve years.

Her first lucky break was being rescued from obscurity by Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle, who made Foxx her personal assistant at a much larger salary. Foxx helped promote children of well connected Chicago aldermen to no show jobs. Her second break was when George Soros funded her primary campaign for State’s Attorney with almost a half million dollars.

Sorry this is so big but it is a large image.

It shows how ANTIFA organizes itself in its protest/riots.
