Good! We need more with his courage.
Defund KState?
Throw Kansas out of the Union?
Tell Dorthy that “just about anyplace is better than home”?
Much needed, and long overdue.
Remember that mocking and laughing at the left will burn them quicker than tear gas. They HATE it!
‘Jaden McNiel, whose Twitter bio identifies him as the president and founder of America First Students,
why do I think this person as stated above does not exist, and in reality is himself a black...?
I shouldn’t think things like that, should I...?
Should be labelled: How to melt a snowflake.
‘Protected by the 1st amendment’
nope; no more than the Dixie Chicks, or whatever they call themselves now, had when their actions brought unwanted consequences...
The has guts THANK GOD!! People are starting to PUSH BACK!! I loved those senior men in the park pushing that punk away from a statue God Bless them!!!
And Ted Kennedy has been sober for over 10 years now.
‘They cant legally punish him for that comment. But then they will anyway.’
why do you think that...? K-State is not a governmental entity, and even if Kansas has a constitution modeled on the Bill of Rights, the state university has autonomy to act as it sees fit...
besides which, nobody has actually prevented this guy from speaking, which is what the first amendment protects; he said what he wanted, and on his own volition; no one moved against his right to speech...
> From his twitter feed, it appears he isn’t backing down.
Don’t back down, double down.
But Kansas State is part of the government and is bound by that pesky 1st Amendment.
That 1st Amendment thingy is real pesky, which is why the Left wants to get rid of it.
That’s nothin’! Ted Kennedy has been sober for almost 11 years.
I do believe it is. It is funded and run by the State of Kansas so first amendment rights are guaranteed by the school. They cannot punish either students or teachers for expressing political opinion. They do. They will. But legally they cant.
No. Students are in university, even public university, on a revocable contract. 1st amendment does not apply. Not even a little.
“Step outta line, the man comes and takes you away”.
You gotta admit that’s funny.
Came here to say just that.
Exactly like the Nazis did to the Jews.
Seems to me coordinated attacks ought to be regarded as civil rights violations and perhaps RICO violations.
