Probably correct and I wish blacks were more attracted to racing, but NASCAR’s strategy is bad and that black driver is a bad poster child for them.
NASCAR is like every other corporation now. They’re all dominated by progressives. Probably a lot of pop culture addled millennial females in HR and marketing, too.
Well, NASCAR is somewhat ashamed of their fans. (Think Republican party and the TEA Party.) But, they still are stuck with them if they want to survive.
This lame-ass attempt to say “See!..we’re not RACIST!” much like a 1971 Vega engine, has only begun to backfire.
Wait until Ol’ Bubba gets booed every race...they’ll have to denounce their fans even more, ban booing, or maybe just ban booing Bubba.
