Right-wing extremists are turning cars into weapons, with reports of 50 vehicle-ramming incidents since protests against police violence erupted nationwide in late May.
At least 18 are categorized as deliberate attacks; another two dozen are unclear as to motivation or are still under investigation, according to a count released Friday by Ari Weil, a terrorism researcher at the University of Chicago's Chicago Project on Security and Threats. Weil has tracked vehicle-ramming attacks, or VRAs, since protests began.

The guy in Alamosa CO, a disabled veteran that got shot in the brain by a protester (story ignored by CNN MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS, only local news coverage, even FOX ignored it) Was going to get something to Eat, he came to the intersection, stopped, they ignored him, slowly he edged ahead, a protestor shot him through the open passenger side window of his pickup. It is on security camera video, as it was on the Main Street.
Stay miles away from the protesters. If you live within 10 miles of them, pack up and get the heck outta Dodge.

I was in that situation once. I witnessed an act of vandalism and a few minutes later one of the vandals broke my windshield. I followed them while on the phone with the police dispatcher.
Suddenly my car was surrounded by a bunch of young black men. I didn’t do anything because the police were in sight and coming in hot.
The attack stopped as soon as the service weapons came out.
I have the misfortune of living in a state that doesn’t recognize the right to arm yourself, so the “you should have shot them crowd can remain quiet.”
Just remember everything right now is on an iPhone and his video and upload it onto the Internet so the leftist agitator communist time so you have a very difficult time

I have no sympathy for criminals and terrorists who are hit by cars while intentionally blocking the movement of traffic - the felony of false imprisonment. Whether these thugs are directly threatening a stranger’s life (often the case as they beat on cars) or merely detaining innocent Americans against their will and thus stealing part of another person’s life, they deserve the results of whatever actions their targets select to effect an escape.
Ban so dangerous cars. /s. Compliment drivers for limiting damage to stupid people getting in the way.

They are throwing hard projectiles at the windshields of vehicles moving at highway speed. They are dropping frozen water bottles off of highway overpasses onto windshields. This crap can kill.
