HONOLULU (AP) — Twenty-one people who recently arrived in Hawaii, describing themselves as a family with a leader, were arrested and charged with violating the state's mandatory 14-day quarantine put in place in an attempt to protect the islands from the spread of the coronavirus, police said.

Actually, many locals in Hawaii ARE racists (I know, I was born and raised there).

I read about this group last week. They promote nudism. They don’t care about bathing. Their ‘Leader’ is a young black guy named Eligio Lee Bishop. In the photos I saw, he had a cluster of young women around him, sort of like a harem.
I think Eligio expects the members to give all their money to him. Yeah, that kind of arrangement.
He considers himself some sort of God, by the way.
The group attracted attention some weeks ago by sitting on the beach ‘playing with turtles’. I don’t know how an adult ‘plays with turtles’. It probably looked like they were preventing the turtles from getting to the water.
