The husband of a cosmetics CEO who received widespread backlash after she was caught on camera confronting a man and threatening to call the cops because he stenciled Black Lives Matter on his own property was fired from his job Monday.
In a statement posted to Twitter, Raymond James wealth management firm said Robert Larkins was no longer an employee.
Raymond James has zero tolerance for racism and discrimination of any kind, the company said in its post. An inclusive workplace is fundamental to our culture, one in which people are free to bring their whole selves to their careers, and we expect our associates to conduct themselves appropriately inside and outside the workplace.
After an investigation into the circumstances of a video alleging racism by one of our associates, we have concluded that the actions of he and his partner were inconsistent with our values, and the associate is no longer employed by Raymond James.
Im guessing one would be hard-pressed to find many black faces if it all at any Raymond James office
No matter what the subject matter, the guy should have dropped it once he found out that the guy was painting his own property.
Is it possible this was about HOA ban on signs and murals and such? Also this was the husband of the woman who gave the guy painting the BLM on his house.
If I’m not mistaken Raymond James sponsors Tampa, Florida sports. Seems to me Sports companies and their Sponsors have caved-in big league to the Leftist Mob.
Well, now, we Americans can do something about that. We can tune them out and not utilize sponsors’ services.
I have been a major consumer of many sports for a very long time. No longer. I refuse to contribute to them any longer.
Why ? because they’re smarter than investors that would go to a franchised investment broker?
The Deep State media is most culpable in all of this MADNESS and it MUST be DESTROYED.
As for Juanillo, he is an ethnic Filipino man, not black, however he never once corrected any BLM activists who joined in distributing his story online while accosting the white woman (Lisa Alexander) on social media and via email, leaving fake disparaging reviews of her business on Yelp and Facebook, and demanding she be fired from her role as CEO of her LAFACE skincare company for supposedly having endangered the life of a black man by planning to call the police in regard to what she believed was illegal vandalism. BLM activists have also been harassing Birchbox marketplace for several days, demanding they withdraw their business relationship with the skincare brand as well.
Interestingly, according to Juanillos own tweet from November 2019, he had recently broken up with his partner after 18 years together (despite commenting on Facebook that he had been living at the property since 2002), suggesting that he had perhaps not been consistently present in the neighborhood during recent months, lending credibility to the womans claim that she was surprised to see him painting that property. Online sleuth Colin Dellow also captured a photo from Facebook (now deleted) that Juanillo posted of his apparent landlord (and property owner) John Newmeyer posing with the BLACK LIVES MATTER graffiti. Dellows research also concluded that the value of the property in the video was probably around $4-5 million dollars, meaning that Juanillo either runs an exceptionally successful dog-walking service (called Pack Heights), or he is indeed NOT the owner of the property, meaning that the lady in the video was correct.

Because you will not find many black faces in financial services
Now that companies can’t fire homosexuals just because they are homosexuals, the upcoming lawsuit is going to be interesting.
My property

“Get off my lawn” Gran Torino Clint Eastwood.
Oddly Mr. Eastwood had many other films that were widely acclaimed most validly. However Gran Torino was one of his best of many.
Unless of course, their "whole selves" don't believe in social justice bilge. Then, they're to be dismissed at once.
If it’s the video I saw, the husband was doing the filming but was also verbally accosting the guy.
If it was about HOA restrictions, that’s not how it works in most places. You don’t accost the person, you just take a picture of the violation and send them a notice of violation by registered mail to prove service. Accosting the guy other than to ask if he lived there (assuming that they didn’t know their neighbor) was a stupid idea.
True but in this case its mind your own business. What right does this idiot have telling a homeowner what to do on his home. Part of the problem is people getting into other peoples business.
omg HOAs ban everything, they are little clique hitleresque regimes, many times
The French Revolution turned out so well.
.. From a Dem/media point of view.
Tyranny and oppression, a failed state: everything the Dem/media would profit from.
What in that video was racist? All they did was ask if he owned the property. The husband should sue the company for wrongful termination.
You mean like BLM burning down and/or looting other people’s businesses when they just happened to be in the wrong place?
Oh it was stupid. But I don’t see why the husband should have been fired.
