Dewine is a weasel, he says thing like “I urge you to follow guidelines” guidelines he knows are unconstitutional
Same with Tom Wolf here in PA. For weeks every store that is open has had a sign on the door saying "Must Wear a Mask, By Order of the Governor". Then, the other day when the Legislature started pushing back, he came out and said that they're "not required".
Though he's a Democrat so the weaselness is to be expected.

I live on the Oh Pa border, Wolf ordered Pa liquor stores closed.
Duh, folks drove to Oh for their McWhiskey and then DeSwine started arresting folks with Pa plates on thir cars for buying hootch in Oh!
