Maybe we should allow secession via creation of City States in the US. Make Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chicago, etc. into true autonomous zones. No Reps in the US House. No Senators. Let the rest of Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, etc. elect representatives to Congress. We would be a very Red country.
And maybe the mechanism isn’t so much “People of Seattle want to be free and independent and will vote to establish themselves as a true City State”. I don’t really see that happening. Maybe it’s more like “People of Washington state are tired of that crap and vote to kick Seattle out”.

I don’t disagree, but they still interfere with the rest of America. Big cities like Philadelphia basically determine Congress and Presidential preferences for the entire state of Pennsylvania. The voters across the state are somewhat disenfranchised because Philadelphia seceded.

Constitutionally they are no longer eligible, their offices are vacant, their edicts irrelevant. I'm not sure quite how far you have to go to trigger this, but Gov. Inslee might actually recall himself. Some at the Seattle level clearly have.

Normally what you say would be correct. However Trump is a master negotiator and he doesn’t want unjustified violence.
His ace in the hole is withholding of federal funds to these sanctuary cities.
I am not worried civil war will come. That’s the last thing that Pelosi wants because they know one side has trillions of bullets, pickup trucks, motorcycles, police officers, and former military.
Her side has soy boys, Di Blasio daughters with nose rings, and losers living in Mom and Dad’s basement who act real brave in a crowd with black masks on.

That’s not the whole story. For example, within CA there are huge Conservative enclaves. The same with large parts of New York, and most of IL (minus Chicago). As well, in “red states” there are liberal enclaves. In my home state of TN we have enclaves in Memphis and Nashville. As Schlichter describes in his books (everyone really needs to get his books before they are taken down by Amazon!) it would be really be messy to separate into two nations!

Well the precedent for my answer to “Whachoo gon’ do ‘bout it, cracker?” would be Reconstruction. As envisioned and initially implemented by a bunch of “Radical Republicans.” Until short circuited by the general pardon issued by an impeached Democrat, Andrew Johnson. I was taught the recipient Democrats disliked Reconstruction so much they were still whining a out it a century later. Alas although Radical Republicans can be found amongst Trump supporters they’re vanishly rare amongst those in power. With the possible exception of Trump himself. So I keep preaching the Constitution, the tools it provides for this specific scenario, and keep hoping that someone with brains, cajones and power notices.
The real takeover has already begun and is proceeding faster than we feel. The obvious manifestation is the Cancel Culture. More and more through wider and wider portions of the economy if you have one non Correct utterance in your past you are subject to job loss and less and less ability to deal with the economy.Social Credit was invented and disseminated by Google and Apple in China and is being insinuated into America. All major corporations are sensitive to disapproval by the Commies and will fire their best employees if they fall into disfavor by someone on the Left. The Left's funding comes largely out of your pocket in the profits from the goods and services paid for by you. Soros and Steyer et al provide some but even that originates with the consumers and investors of the nation.
Organization. Our natural leaders are otherwise occupied with making a living and not in position to lead a defense of the culture or the nation. If we were to organize effectively we would find ourselves on terrorist lists, informally kept during a Trump administration but open in whatever follows. Anyone whose google or apple data suggests would be effective will be neutralized. EVEN WITH TRUMP in command the cancel culture and technological exile and loss of access to the market is proceeding apace. There are fewer and fewer books and movies and videos that express our views available as censorship continues to radiate and intensify. We are losing access to rapid communication.
The routine followthrough should be done. First, they should be removed from the voting rolls. As non-US citizens they will be banned from future US campaign contributions. Any government aid requiring citizenship they've been receiving should be cancelled. Any jobs or other positions they hold which require US citizenship should be cancelled. Any government loans requiring citizenship should be immediately called in. As they lack US visas, they will be considered illegal aliens, subject to immediate deportation upon leaving the autonomous zone and entering normal US territory. (To where I can't yet say, but I'm confident some anti-US hellhole will offer them sanctuary. Hopefully one at the bottom of our list for letting its citizens into the US.) Should their activities result in damages to the US or US citizens, or should they be liable for repayment of government grants or loans, then any of their personal properties presently residing in normal US territory shall be confiscated up to the value of their liabilities. The IRS will do tax checks as is its norm for former citizens trying to escape its grasp.
Let them leave and destroy themselves with socialism. Then we don’t have to fire a shot, we just have to sit on our wall and wait.
When they come to their sense and ban the communist on the public payroll poisoning the minds of their kids they can rejoin.
Until then we have borders and nuclear weapons to keep their lawless hordes out of our country. Without them we can kick those professors our of our country.
You make a good point I should be more concerned about the Left's superior organization ability and funding of the radicals and Revolutionary pawns.
If the Soros forces succeed in November, maybe the first Basementeer to be sent to the Gulag (or New York State nursing home) will be this clown.
