Manuel Ellis died of respiratory arrest due to hypoxia.
That means the 33-year-old black man was deprived of oxygen or choked out while being restrained in the street by Tacoma police officers, in handcuffs.
In a nation already reeling from the murder of George Floyd and too many other black Americans, Ellis March 3 death amounts to a homicide, the Pierce County Medical Examiners office concluded this week.

Marx, Engels and esp. Lenin/Stalin viewed hardened criminals as their shocktroops in attacking society since they had so little to lose in life. Worked too. Some of Lenin’s top Cheka were former Czarists who were forced to come over or be killed, but also hardcore criminals in the Czars jails and prisons. Now they became the wardens and prison guards, torturers and executioners.
The communists have always used the criminal as one of their spearhead weapons. Today, it is the same thing only Antifa poses as an “anti-fascist” group, possibly anarchist, yet their programs are pure Marxism.
Time to wake up and smell the smoke of looted and burning buildings.
The Tacoma Snooze-Buffoon was intolerable ten years ago when I still lived in Pierce County. I can’t imagine how bad it must be now.
Youre right. My post #4 was very poorly worded. See my post #10.
They don’t have any readership or reporters, so it’s better!
Here’s a third one from last September. The local BLMs are making a big deal about all three ....
Man fatally shot by Tacoma police during traffic stop has been identified
BY STACIA GLENN
SEPTEMBER 09, 2019 02:10 PM ,UPDATED SEPTEMBER 09, 2019 02:15 PM
A 24-year-old man fatally shot by Tacoma police during a traffic stop has been identified as Bennie Branch.
Branch was pulled over about 2:40 a.m. Sunday in the 3400 block of Portland Avenue.
After some kind of altercation, an officer shot Branch. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Details about what led up to the shooting and why Branch was stopped have not been released.
The Pierce County Sheriffs Department is heading the investigation due to a new state law that prevents law enforcement agencies from investigating their own officer-involved shootings.
Branch had warrants out for his arrest at the time of the shooting and an Airsoft gun belonging to Branch was found at the scene, sheriffs spokesman Ed Troyer said.

The officer, who has been with the Tacoma Police Department for four years, was not injured.
He was placed on paid administrative leave, which is standard procedure after a police shooting.
Family members said Branch was in the area checking on his mother, who is homeless, when officers stopped him.
They said he did not do anything to warrant being shot.
He was not a perfect kid, but he was a loving kid, his uncle, Jackie Johnson, told KIRO-TV. Police messed up and they need to admit that they messed up.

And they call us “Tacompton”.
Back-shot while running, apparently.
An unarmed person died in police custody.
That is all I need to know.
