Maybe Soros and the other elite have plans to develop all the burned out areas and shuttle the residents into government housing somewhere else.

I think some of this realization has occurred in Minneapolis in the past weekend. A lot of the view is directed at rich white kids who showed up to destroy their community.
One issue I see is that this might have been very successful in the 1990s...shoving some new brand onto blacks and them accepting it. At this point, probably half of blacks in the nation have turned and started to ask really stupid questions about the kids, the Democratic Party, and the agenda. The propaganda....isn’t working.

There is logic to that. Destroy their communities, drive businesses away and kill a few blacks. Then at election time the left can point to ruined communities, retail deserts and lost black lives and say, "See? Look at what has happened to your community under Donald Trump's administration! Vote for the Democrat!"
Trump was helping them leave the plantation. Putting them back on the liberal plantation is just a beneficial side effect to a failed revolt.
