The deceased had Fentanyl on board. Cops did not attempt to administer Naloxone or any other basic medical assistance while the man was dying.

Knee-on-neck cop is now on suicide watch.

fentanyl intoxication; and recent methamphetamine use.

I only ask a single question: Would the perp be alive today if he had not resisted arrest? I don't justify anyone's action, I was not there and would not convict someone of murder based solely on a selective video clip.

The mugshot of the cop dies not look like the still photo of the cop that is kneeling on George Floyd.

>>the attorneys for the family of George Floyd shared the findings of their separate autopsy, which determined that Floyd died of “asphyxia from sustained pressure” on his neck and back.<<

When you are given a check and told what to say, such an “autopsy” is pretty fast and easy. Probably moonlighting “climate scientists” who excel at that.

Autopsy #1: cardiopulmonary arrest aggravated by arteriosclerotic and hypertensive heart disease; fentanyl intoxication; and recent methamphetamine use.
Autopsy #2: asphyxia from sustained pressure on his neck and back.

I’m glad they are in such good agreement.

The hired gun doc who did #2 found the precise cause they paid him to find.

Even if the cop did not contribute to his death directly, the person was in police custody and under their care and they were negligent in administering necessary care to keep him alive. That is negligent homicide in my book.

If he was on amphetamines, they certainly weren’t prescribed by a doctor. No physician would give those to a patient with heart disease and hypertension, not to mention in conjunction with fentanyl! That means he’s an illegal drug abuser.

I just did a little research about Georgy Porgy and was astonished to learn that he committed an armed robbery in 2007 in Houston and was sentenced to 5 years in prison in 2009!

So he was an ex-con and drug abuser who was passing counterfeit bills. Funny that nobody ever mentions that!

Homicide. And this from the autopsy most on the police side.

What we all witnessed was agents of the state, using questionable restraints on a man whom had already been restrained since first contact, continuing those restraints after an off duty first responder begged for a pulse check, continuing after a pulse check was finally done and no pulse found, in front of American citizens with cameras rolling.

I don’t know how the policeman will get a fair trial in this crazed country.

I haven’t read thread yet, but it’s disturbing to note the differences in the competing autopsy reports.

I really don’t see 1st degree murder, given what we know, but man, oh man there’s some depraved indifference.

Sickening.

Knee-on-neck cop has come to the notice of Clintonistas.

Does anyone have a copy of the Minnesota Penal Code handy, to spell out the elements of the different kinds of homicide?

Just remind all the Antifas, this happened in a State and City all run by Democrats. There are very few Republicans in positions of power in Minnesota. Yet the press doesn’t seem to want to mention that.
