No Judges Confirmed This Week (Senate on Memorial Day break)

Posted on 05/30/2020 4:12:58 AM PDT by cotton1706

This will be a weekly post.

Count remains at 194 judges confirmed.

141 District Court judges

51 Circuit Court judges

2 Supreme Court justices

Last night John Roberts sided with the four liberal justices again.

Should Donald Trump get reelected, he will most certainly have an opportunity to create a REAL conservative majority on the Supreme Court, and continue to populate the Circuit and District Court with conservatives.

This is the undercurrent of ALL the political and cultural battles currently going on.

Yes, considering Justice Roberts is siding with the Communists now and is not (and never is) to be trusted. He showed his true colors when he cast the deciding vote for Obamacare. Last night, he upheld tin pot dictator Gavin Newsom's orders:

In a 5-4 decision late Friday evening, Roberts sided with the four “liberal” – as the corrupt media likes to call them – justices in upholding the draconian, science-devoid restrictions on religious freedom being imposed by California Governor Gavin Newsom.

No justices confirmed by a Senate that works just 2 and 1/2 days a week.
