If you're really interested, use a mask that fits snugly across the top (bridge of the nose). Some of the more well designed homemade masks do that. Some seamstresses in my area make the best one. If you're using homemade masks and sincerely want to know how to fix that, send me a private message.

"My glasses fog up when I exhale." Be sure the mask you use has a "conforming wire" the gives a good tight fit across the nose and cheeks. Also, breath IN through the nose and OUT through the mouth. Greatly reduces both fogging AND CO2 "recycling".
