I completely agreed with everything you stated, up until this point.
I live in the inner city, in an area well invaded by illegals. The need for any ID or SS# is neither required, or asked for. Seeing an illiterate, illegal, with two kids, all members of the family having iPhone 11s, paying for ice cream, frozen dinners, etc. with Access cards is a plague.
Rent subsidies, LiHEAP, and every other social subsidization programs are snapped up as soon as they get off the Border Patrol sponsored bus rides.
Illegal immigrants who claim asylum or wish to challenge their illegal status in court can obtain temporary work permits, temporary health care, temporary food stamps, etc.
If your court case lasts for years, so do your benefits.
When I talk about illegal workers, I mean the mostly single men who jump the border because they have “final removal” court orders.
If they get caught, most will be sent straight back to their home country or get incarcerated in the USA.
