Governor Gretchen Whitmer has signed another Executive Order extending Michigan’s stay-home order until June 12.
“While the data shows that we are making progress, we are not out of the woods yet. If we’re going to lower the chance of a second wave and continue to protect our neighbors and loved ones from the spread of this virus, we must continue to do our part by staying safer at home,” said Governor Whitmer. “If we open too soon, thousands more could die and our hospitals will get overwhelmed. While we finally have more protective equipment like masks, we can’t run the risk of running low again. We owe it to the real heroes on the front lines of this crisis – our first responders, health care workers, and critical workers putting their lives on the line every day – to do what we can ourselves to stop the spread of the virus.”
The order extends the temporary closure of theaters, gyms, salons and casinos among other things in an effort prevent the spread of COVID-19.

15 days so our medical system won’t get overwhelmed. If there are hotspots, we can send in the army and set up field hospitals. Regarding Michigan, can’t they just lock up Detroit and allow rest of state return to normal with precautions in place?

Either date is too long, but kindly clarify.
There are several tools Trump could use, to end Whitmer’s tyranny. Personally, I’d authorize the FBI to bring a criminal prosecution against Whitmer, based on 18 USC Section 242, which is “Deprivation of Rights, Under Color of Law”.
It carries some nasty penalties, and it would only take one criminal prosecution before the governors in other states got with the program. 18 USC Section 242 reads:
Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

I agree. Governor Wolf is on his way to handing PA to Trump but I’m more confident about Michigan, no further explanation is necessary lol.
Did a search on Google. It’s June 12. But she will probably extended it another 3 weeks so people wont go out on 4th of July lol.
The legislature in Lansing needs to do something here. Otherwise every legislator needs to remove his balls and give it to Whitmer.
The stay at home order goes to the 12th. The energency order goes until the 19th.

Maybe she wasn’t always this way, the kind of manager who enjoys making people miserable. Slowly grinding them under her boots. All the while smiling ear to ear!
We are going out to eat next Friday...in Ohio. Whitmer is just stupid.
