Two Round the Clock Diner locations in York County were told their business licenses are revoked as of Friday.
Written warnings were issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture on May 14 to both locations at 222 Arsenal Road and 145 Memory Lane, according to the department’s spokeswoman Shannon Powers. But, because they reopened ahead of Gov. Tom Wolf’s timeline, the state revoked both business licenses.
Powers wrote in an email, "The Agriculture Department’s food safety inspectors did follow-up inspections on May 20 and found the businesses still in violation of Governor Wolf’s March 19 executive order. Both locations were issued a second warning on May 21, and told that their licenses would be revoked if they did not comply with the second warning. Today, the department revoked both businesses’ licenses.”
York County as of today went into the yellow phase of Wolf’s reopening strategy. Until today, the county was in red, which meant residents were ordered to stay-at-home, and businesses closed. Most businesses are allowed to reopen in the yellow phase, known as continued aggressive mitigation.

At this point, the diners should just ignore him and keep on a servin’. Just make sure there’s plenty of cameras around to capture the action when his tyrannical LEOs show up to do their master’s dirty work.

There is conflicting info over whether they are open or closed. If they were shut down after the inspection on the 21st, on the 22nd everyone was open. The Round the Clock diner is an institution. There will definitely be push back.
Dem governors like Wolf are proving every day the old saying that inside every progrssive/Democrat is a totalitarian screaming to get out

There won’t be any tyrannical LEOs showing up because two weeks ago York County District Attorney Dave Sunday issued a statement that he will NOT prosecute any attempted criminal charges for violating the Governor’s orders.
However, in good lawyerly fashion he also cautioned that administrative (revoking of licenses) and civil penalties (levied by State agencies) are beyond his control.

When they reopened, they went according to CDC guidelines. Every-other booth was opened and everyone wore masks.
