It would be understandable if this girl, when she grows up, refuses to forgive her father and grandmother...

That little girl will have a lifetime of issues from what happened. Trauma kids need all the love and support they can ever get, especially from a victim's fund that those garbage bags of skin would pay towards (which I realize is nil, but still.) Forgiveness is the last thing that the victim should ever think of or consider for these two walking piles of manure.
Public scourging followed by hanging. No mercy. They should suffer for their crimes against that baby and people should witness the penalty for crimes such as this to serve as a deterrent.
