Does anybody out there have any idea how long it will take for the Court of Appeals to act on this? Also, will the Justice Department join with the defense Motion?
Sydney Powell opined that as a Federal court, they will act when they feel like it, but likely in the range of next day to two weeks. As it has become a public spectacle, I would expect the Circuit Court to act fairly quickly.

He reminds me of that black judge who sued the Korean dry cleaners $67 million for losing his pants. The guy was a complete loon, and he kept suing them until they went bankrupt. How are they psychos put on the bench?

I remember that guy. People are crazy. I don’t really think that federal judges should exist anymore outside of SCOTUS.

Be ironic if he were to have committed a serious crime and have to serve prison time. He might have time to appreciate the merits of president Trumps prison reform to undo the racist policies Biden voter for in 1984, 86, and 94 (Isn't that the spin on mandatory prison sentences).
It would force the Judge to hold him in contempt which would further bring heat down - on the judge.
Sullivan can have more scrutiny focus on him and the process as it will bring to light Flynn's own lawyers were compremised and that Sullivan is another "insurance" policy - further people will start digging into all his cases looking for any misdeed.
The judge is corrupt - it's time for Michael Flynn, the president and the American people stand up and let the General speak - and do it with the very goal of being in contempt of this charade of a court room of justice.
It's time for General Flynn to be contemptible and become an American hero
Stupid move. The case will be closed in a few days.
