You might have missed it, but there was only one person who physically attacked a person and that was the decedent attacking the armed neighbor.
If you suspected someone of casing or possibly burglarizing your neighborhood, and that person suddenly ran at you, physically attacked you and in fact attempted to disarm you, would it be reasonable to assume the armed neighbor felt extremely threatened by this person?
