Today I watched all of Chuck Todd's shows since 2012. One time he said "President Trump." Another time he said "is" and "the". In a story about obama he said "best". Another time he said, "President." Several months later he said "ever."

This is why I claimed that Chuck Todd said, " President Trump is the best President ever."

I apologize for my editing error that made it seem to have Todd praising President Trump. That, obviously, is ridiculous and I should have seen the impossibly.
