Miracles are seen every day - all we need do is open our eyes and acknowledge His work surrounds us.

That is not entirely true. There were articles here on FR early in the administration revealing that many permanent civil service employees were actively turning away resumés and applications from known Trump loyalists and campaign volunteers. Trump and Ivanka both remarked how shocked they were, after dealing with the sharks in New York, how terrible the DC insider behaviors were.
The day Bill Clinton took office, he accepted the resignation of every US attorney.
Bush fired over half of them in his first week.
This, and other steps would have been routine on day one.
Now it would bring explosive outrage from both sides of the aisle.
