Trump wants FBI’s original ‘302’ report on Flynn case, says former adviser 'persecuted'

President Trump late Thursday night inquired about the fate of the FBI’s “302” report on the Michael Flynn case that officials say vanished after the president’s first national security adviser met with federal agents in January 2017.

“Where is the 302? It is missing. Was it stolen or destroyed? General Flynn is being persecuted!” Trump tweeted.

Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, told Fox Business' Maria Bartiromo that the original 302 document — which typically summarizes witness interviews with agents — was “missing.” Nunes said the document is where Flynn is accused of lying to investigators.

One of the cheapest easiest reforms that would do away with this lying by FBI agents is require them to.

Use recorders for interviews and interrogations and wear body cams.

Reforms or all sorts rarely happen because politicians of both parties desire dysfunctional government. It more easily allows for their corruption.

It is time to disband the FBI, all that they do can be absorbed by US marshals and local law enforcement. The complete abrogation of an American citizens constitutional rights during an investigation is entirely unacceptable.

Missing 302 = missing 8 minutes of tape.

As soon as Trump wins re-election, one of the first things he should do is fire Chris Wray, issue a total pardon to General Flynn, and appoint him as acting Director of FBI, {he needs no senate approval for an acting director}.

Tell Flynn to go and get the bad guys.

You would think that the President of the United States would merely need to pick up a phone and have it delivered to his office in about thirty minutes.

Every Podunk PD has been tape recording sit-down witness interviews and depositions since the 1960s. Video recording since the 1990s.

The FBI has continued with their written 302s because they are a “license to lie.”

Now they not only “can’t find” the original Flynn 302, there is doubt that we even have a recording of the Flynn-Kislyak call. Bongino was all over this in his podcast yesterday. It’s looking like a transcript of the call came from the M-16 “back channel” and the FBI can’t disclose this illegal arrangement to “outsource” spying on Americans.

Watch this if you want to be a month ahead of the rest of the media.

It’s not just the missing 302, see above.

You would think that the President of the United States would merely need to pick up a phone

You would think a lot of things, but one of the goals of the CIA-FBI-Deep State Watergate conspiracy was to create this idea of an "independent" Justice Department, reporting not to the President but to NBC, the Washington Post, and Congressional Democrats (this from the people who made their President's BROTHER AG in the 1960s!).

Yes, the FBI is both redundant and corrupt. A small liaison section for Interestatae issues, that’s it, not even a crime lab, that is corrupt also.

Show me the crime and I will find a 302 to support the charge - sorry for paraphrase but it fits this matter.

“...reporting not to the President but to NBC, the Washington Post, and Congressional Democrats...”

Very good point.

That thingee in the Constitution about “ he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed” is actually unconstitutional. The Deep State Senior Executives can run the gubmint the way they want, without his interference. In fact it is unconstitutional for him to do anything without consulting the likes of Colonel Vindman.

From this day forward all FBI interviews that require a 302 should be video recorded and preserved. The technology is now totally available and can be carried in a coat pocket—it is called a cell phone. A 302 that can send a person to jail should not be dependent on an agents memory.

And the cheapest way to not let the FBI frame you is by refusing to talk to them. They usually “ambush” you to catch you off-guard. Once they identify themselves, push record on your phone’s recorder. They will promptly go away once you make it clear that if their policy is to not permit recorded interviews.

If they do not tell you that they have a warrant for your arrest, they have nothing on your.
