Please read the 10-page sentencing agreement Michael Flynn signed back in 2017. It is really damning for him to withdraw his guilty plea after signing that agreement.

He'll do just fine. Remember, it's not just a question of prosecutorial misconduct. His prior counsel was not only incompetent, they were unethical.

And to recall a line from a prior political lynching, Powell is not a potted plant. Neither is Barr.
