We do it all the time. It’s why Treaties cover it.

We can imprison Holder when the Mexicans are done with him.

We have treaties but most contain the following proviso, "neither of the contracting parties shall be bound to deliver up its own citizens or subjects.... "

Duel citizens and non-citizens yes. But it is vanishingly rare for a home country to hand over one of it's own citizens.

One might think in all his world apology tour that might be covered, but Obama only apologized for things others did, not his own administration.

He did get a lot of Mexicans killed.

But it still sets a bad precedent. Next time a demonRat gets into power he could hand over some of our current officials to foreign powers to be tried for any offenses that they might dream up.

I would like to see him tried and convicted by our courts. And while we are making wishes that can not possibly come true, I would like a pony. :)

Calif gov Gavin Newsom employs Eric Holder who was involved with mass murder of approx 400 men, women, 16 children in Fast and Furious giving weapons to drug cartels.
