...This is our window to keep it from establishing, Chris Looney, an entomologist at the Washington State Department of Agriculture, tells the Times. If we cant do it in the next couple of years, it probably cant be done.

Had a sister once that was bitten by a moose.
Yeah, that’s coming. I’m sure someone is already filming it.
I remember the fight with the South American fire ants.
My Texas friends had to pour a LOT of gasoline down a LOT of ant hills to get those suckers.
I haven't heard much about them fire ants of late.
apparently the stingers on these things are long enough they go right through the year. Kind of like covid and the masks people wear
[[The NY Post has been flogging this story for the last 4 days - PANIC PANIC PANIC!]]
just wait till they get a hold of the following story- then you’ll see soem real panic stories hourly from NYT and other liberal rags:
“Spike mutation pipeline reveals the emergence of a more transmissible form of SARS-CoV-2”
https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.04.29.069054v1
They are claiming that they have found a new mutated form of covid that is ‘more contagious’-
[[prohibiting the introduction of firewood into CT from out of state.
But these suckers can fly...how do you stop *them*?]]
Take away their visas
We need more government “experts” ya know.
When I was young on the farm, I would cut hay in the summer. Damned old sickle bar mower would stop up in every bees nest. Sometimes get stung hundred times in one encounter.
One of the first things learned on the farm - never shoot a hornet nest.
It was the New Orleans Superdome.....Been There. Done that. Didn’t work.
** My understanding is the problem is what they will do to the bee population. **
... and by extension all farm products that rely on bee pollination...
[[Just go away....now it is BIG BUG SPRAY using terror marketing....maybe Murder Hornets can be killed with HCQ??]]
How Dare you? HCQ hasn’t been tested officially on murder hornets yet- - only Remsivider (which also hasn’t been tested officially, but unofficially isn’t anywhere near as effective as HCQ) at $10,000 a pop will work on murder hornets- Everyoen knows that
Seriously though- (Note concerning the virus, HCQ is reported to work to reduce the time of sickness by over 60%- Remsivider only 33%- but they are pushing the more expensive drug- and early results for remsivder showed that it had Zero Effect on the virus- but of course folks don’t know that because the msm is hiding it practically-)
right through the gear
Just send Fire Ants and Asian Carp after them.
** Honeybees in the US are almost entirely descended from Italian honeybees, and they will be a smorgasbord for the hornets. **
As a social insect I wonder how long it will take ‘our bees’ to evolve an effective defensive behavior?
‘Im recalling a made-for-TV movie from the 70s where the Killer Bees made it to Houston, Texas...’
1976, the Savage Bees, where the buggers invaded New Orleans during Mardi Gras, and were taken to the Superdome to be chilled to death...there was also The Swarm, 1978, a star studded flop, which took place in Texas...it is thought to be one of the worst films ever...
‘What’s the latest buzz?’
ha ha ha...
If I stay (shivering and whimpering) in an inner closet in my house with my Binky 24/7 for the rest of my life, will I be “safe”? Enquiring minds want to know!
She was lucky it wan’t the dreaded canadian Murder Moose!!!
