No offense, but my experience with Geek Squad has always been:
“Well,Sir, we hate to tell you, but your computer is broken.
We can sell you a new one.”
Who do younsuggest then?
Well,Sir, we hate to tell you, but your computer is broken.
We can sell you a new one.
LOL, I hear ya. I should have mentioned that we ONLY use the Geek Squad when setting up a TV or other TV-related devices (I just don't understand "TV" as well as I do computers).
My husband and I use an awesome company based in nearby Windsor, CT to build/service our PC (found them years ago on Angie's List). We haven't bought any kind of PC from a store in a long, long time. This company does such a great job in building computers, that we go many years before we have to see them again for any kind of major upgrade.
We also use Apple devices though: iPhones and iPads. We've gotten occasional help from the folks at Verizon and/or Apple Store.
