You ain't kidding. Now - part of my numerous additional duties were being the resource advisor and sitting on the FMB. I had the fiscal law course every 3 years and, of course, the constant yearly training. I knew enough about fiscal law to keep me out of jail

This is another instance of Trump speaking when he probably shouldn't. He has "ideas" - and he blurts them out and he should put that inner voice on mute or just talk to people in his circle instead of letting that voice speak out loud. Its what gets him in trouble. As far as I remember - you can do this sort of thing with construction - but most certainly not this without congressional approval.

The sad thing is the number of Freepers - who say they love the constitution - who will want to bypass it in this case because it's Trump - thus making him no different than Obama and them no different than the dems.
