You can the voters in KY who voted for him. This is what happens when Evil is voted into a position of power.
Obviously he was going to veto it. He’s a baby-killing Democrat. But the GOP has a super-majority in the legislature there. So why did they wait to pass it until it would be too late for an over-ride?
He waited until the session expired to veto so they couldn’t override it.

If there were a reporter worth anything, he or she would ask the governor if he is willing to stand in a room and watch a baby die slowly of exposure and without even human touch to comfort him. That is what the governor is allowing to continue.
