In many respects, it is within the various states ... a conclusion based not on political theory, words or emotion, but on actions of the governors and judges. That you disagree is a bit disheartening, Edd. Your conclusion means that our life/our freedoms will be no different after the forced house arrest and other liberty-restricting actions are reversed — solely at the governors’ discretion (kindness or benificence if you prefer) — than they are today. OK, then.

Governors and some other officials have usurped authority
but there have always been usurpers its only a permanent change if there is cowardice upon the whole of the people.
