On Tuesday, George Stephanopoulos shared a health update following his coronavirus diagnosis. Stephanopoulos announced he tested positive for COVID-19, the respiratory illness caused by the virus, on Good Morning America last week.
“Good news for me and my family. Last week I tested positive for COVID antibodies, confirming I cleared the virus after weeks without symptoms,” he tweeted. “I’ve also signed up for a clinical trial to donate my blood plasma and expect to make the donation in the coming weeks.”
An antibody test, also known as a serological test, can help indicate whether a person has already built an immune response to COVID-19. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved some antibody tests in the U.S., though there are still some concerns about the accuracy, availability, and implications of these tests.

Last week, Stephanopoulos and his wife, Ali Wentworth, appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live via video to discuss their experience with coronavirus. Stephanopoulos admitted he was “surprised” when his test came back positive.
He recalled having some lower back pain and losing his sense of smell a few weeks ago. “Since then, just nothing beyond that,” he said of his symptoms. “I actually feel great. I’ve never had a fever, never had cough, never had shortness of breath, never had chills, any of the classic symptoms you’ve been reading about,” he said.

Well, good for him. Guess his immune system is better than Fredo’s.
The media always wanted to BE the news.
Maybe being a little person is better when fighting a virus.....
OMG, OMG,
Can he like tell us all about it?
Did he really like not have any symptoms?
Does he feel discriminated against because he tested positive? Are people like being mean to him?
I mean, this is like really serious stuff. When will he be on TV with a 1 hour special talking about it? I wanna see it so I can get all the news available.
But here’s the important question. Will Covid-19 affect his hair and pretty smile? I trust him so much because he looks so trustworthy and smart.
Unless Fredo was faking for attention
Bet he’s just lying.
By now he can’t help it.
But I wonder about the fifty or more rear ends he kissed in the news media world during these weeks. Will those cause more virus victims to be discovered? "AJ, love that new haircut. You always have been the handsomest guy at the corporate board table."
Then the broadcast mogul bends down to ruffle George's hair and contacts his contagious scalp virus molecules.
So how many people did he infect and kill since he did not know he had it?
I heard a Cuomo politician never tells a lie, except when he says "I will never lie to you." One of those paradoxes.
So he was spreading it around.
He is saying this now after the damning photo(s) of him not covered up taking a walk while infected.
He is a virus...
But as the tests roll out, some experts are trying to inject a bit of restraint into the excitement that the results of these tests could, for example, clear people to get back to work. Some antibody tests have not been validated, they warn. Even those that have been can still provide false results. And an accurate positive test may be hard to interpret: the virus is so new that researchers cannot say for sure what sort of results will signal immunity or how long that armor will last.

Good news for George. Bad news for George is that I still won’t watch his show.
