People are going to decide what or not they do. If in a strict area then they know the risk of the virus and possible fine. They are just as free as a driver on the road following the speed limits or not.
I have friends who have had family Sunday dinners at each others homes throughout this shut down...and those who haven’t seen their family members for weeks. All determining what they view as a risk or not.
Every person is still free to choose....how they choose will vary.
I wish that were true. If I had the option of going to a live church service I would. If I had the option of going to a ballgame or traveling to have a big 80th birthday party for my mother I would. unfortunately those options are limited by others.
I’m blessed. I still have a paycheck coming in. It must be 100’s of times worse for those sitting at home facing financial ruin and unable to work because their place of business is shuttered by government order
