It is knownthat this virus attaches at ACE2 receptors, which are all over the body, especially in the lungs. Micro clotting has been observed (in autopsies) in the capillaries of the alveoli. There is evidence that the virus effects the heme of the hemoglobin. There is also evidence that there are two strains of this virus. One which is more like a seasonal flu the other a much more aggressive and deadly attacker with replicates fast and efficiently, yielding viral loads too high for the typical immune system to overcome die to such volume of virons.
Could blood thinners be used to block the clotting action?
