I’m hoping (probably agains hope) that the Wuhan China virus will do the the CCP what Chernobyl did to the USSR.

virus pandemic
swarms of locust
forest fire threatening the radioactive remains of Chernobyl.

And, not even halfway through 2020

Don’t forget the nuclear mutant wolves of Chernyobl, roaming the abandoned forests - looking to feast on human flesh!

Nature is doing great around Chernobyl. The vegetation came back, it never left anyway. Plants can take high radiation. But the mammals and other animal life came back long ago. I don’t know if the radiation is down enough to be safe for people. And perhaps the soil is polluted with radioactive debris within a certain radius and depending on prevailing winds. So can you eat vegetables and fruits grown near the old blown reactors? Can you eat the meat of your grazing animals, goats, sheep, cattle? Drink their milk?

Many people have moved back to their old villages in the area. Wild animals have flourished and plants have done well. The issue is the long term effects of the residual radiation.

Krakatoa started erupting again two days ago.
Could get another Tsunami like last time it blew up.

Don't forget various earthquakes, rumblings anew in Yellowstone Caldera, new eruptions in Krakatoa...

It's all moot, Greta says we'll all be dead in 11 years anyway.

My only remaining worry is, do I have enough TP to last 11 years?

Controlled expansion bullets are the bullet of choice but a large caliber is necessary too. Those wolves are hard to stop.

That assumes that you are still eating for those 11 years.

I’m pretty sure a forest fire poses no risk to the reactor site.
