Yes. I do expect someone not named Joe to be the Democrat candidate in November, but I think it’s hard to see Cuomo as the replacement. They pretended for a week or two that he was handling the virus well, but he clearly hasn’t. He’s been a disaster. That’s not how you position yourself for advancement.

The promotion of Cuomo for president shows just how biased the media are - he has done a lousy job with the virus, but - ignoring the facts - the media are touting him as having led a brilliant response. I cannot believe how far the media have fallen, especially the beltway media.

Lying and distorting and omitting seems to be their standard mode of operation. The most bizarre thing of all has been their war against hydroxychloroquine (I wish it had a shorter name!) - calling it "dangerous," suggesting it might kill you - just because Trump viewed it as promising, based on the French study and other promising reports that have been coming in.
