Of course they do. But they must do so from afar. They have zero right to pick people for positions in the executive branch or manage them.

Trump did good. He should appoint the overseer of the fund, not some committee of IGs or Congress.

He has had 3 IGs stab him in the back in the last year. Horowitz, Atkinson, and now the one referred to in the press conference yesterday.
He headed off another in the attack of the IGs. Trump clearly knew something
