Trump administration’s latest proposal show a 1.5% annual increase, backing off from its initial proposal simply to stop mandating increases in fuel efficiency after 2020.

DAMN IT! Stop the annual increases. We caved to the rabid enviro-kooks yet again. So now it takes 3 years to get the increase they wanted in 1 year. That is not a win.
