The House has a choice. It can approve the Senate bill by acclamation or elect to call back all of its members to draft their own bill and then pass it. The House and Senate bills would then have to be reconciled thru a joint committee of both bodies and be put to a vote again. This could take weeks.
Odds are the House will approve thru voice vote.

More handouts to voters of dimocratic peoples party of communist thugs and addicts. More, more, more. We now add another 2 trillion to the already estimated 23.5 trillion deficit. Not including social security, medicare and Medicaid that is unfunded and comes out of the budget each year. Some 200 trillion or so added to the 23.5 trillion. They talk about we are doing this to our children and grandchildren. Nope, you can add 10 generations to this and it still will not be paid off. The massive collapse of the world's economic system is the only thing going to bring this massive monster debt down into the world's lap. Then those alive at the time will have to deal with this. Well, not deal with it, because there is probably no way to deal with the debt the world owes and when the world's economy explodes, it is something no human can deal with.
The Antichrist will come forth and have all the answers. Empowered by satan, he will take over the world for the most part. Satan's man of the moment. Sitting in the wings, waiting for the day. Since satan does not know the day or time this is going to take place, all through time he has always had a man sitting in the wings ready to take over. When nothing happened, that person died, satan had to pick another. Attila the Hun, Stalin, Hitler, Obammy. Satan has always had his man ready.
One day, his man will come forth. After the Harpazo/Rapturo/Catching Away/Snatching Out/or Rapture of the Church of Jesus Christ. Pick the one you describe it by, they all speak of the same event. But, it is coming one day and that day is getting close.
Everything spoken of in Scripture, Matthew, Mark, Luke, 1 Corinthians, 1 & 2 Thessalonians, Revelation, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Habakkuk, Zechariah, and DANIEL!! They all have bits and pieces, large and small bits, of the coming destruction of this earth and peoples. God will take out His church first, then deal with the unrepentant peoples of this earth. Many millions will come to faith during the Trib, but die doing it. Much better to accept Him now and leave with the Church.

The Word, the Bible tells you how. No paying for it after you are dead. No purgatory to cleanse you. NO, NO, a billion-trillion TIMES NO!!! Ephesians 2, 8 and 9 -------FAITH AND FAITH ALONE!!! Think about it friends if you haven't already called on His Name to be Saved. Believe me, I know. I walked that aisle when I was 15 years old. I got away from it for many years, but one day woke up to the fact that I was not happy with my life. I came back home to the LORD and have not regretted it one little bit. My wife and I are perfectly happy and content with our lives, led by Jesus Christ. Think about it if you are not there yet. Time grows short. How do I know?? The Bible tells me so, as mentioned in those Books of the Bible I mentioned above. Time grows short folks. Remember if you don't believe, do so at your own peril. You had better be right.
